Our Founder
Lance Dossie, founder and CEO of Healing Thru Health, is a former high school and college double sport athlete, (Track and Football).
"I always had a passion for fitness. I pushed to work out and stay in shape for the love of the athletics I participated in. I worked hard to be the best on the track and on the field but there was a barrier, it felt like no matter how hard I pushed I couldn't extend pass my plateau. I discovered that barrier after I graduated from college, it was nutrition. On the outside I appeared to be physically healthy at 185lbs and having only 6% body fat but on the inside my body was toxic. Since I included healthy nutrition into my lifestyle, I have surpassed my old limits and I feel better than ever. I want to help you do the same."
